You may return your order within 30 days from the time it ships provided all items are in new and unused condition, with their hang tags on and original packaging included.

A 10% restocking fee is charged for all returns. However, there is no restocking fee for exchanges - Exchanges are charged a $10 shipping fee to send the replacement order to you. Your credit card will be credited in full, minus the restocking fee and shipping charges (if any). Any price adjustments for exchanges will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Credits for refunds and exchanges will appear after we have received and processed your return/exchange.

Your return will be processed promptly once we receive your item(s). The time it takes for credit card companies to process credits varies, so please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your charge card statement.

Important Note: You must email us at returns@leather-briefcases.com to receive return/exchange instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA number. When emailing our returns department please provide your Order ID number or other order details so we can look up your account. No warranty repair work can be done without a receipt. Please retain your receipt.
